Backhaul Network Upgrade (TITAN)

We were responsible for delivering the upgrade of Telstra’s backhaul network. This was a 12-billion-dollar programme of work performed over 5 years. We managed resources from Alcatel Lucent who were the preferred vendor that was used to deploy the solution.

Customer IP Telephone Upgrade (TIPT)

We also Project Managed the upgrade of Telstra’s Customer IP Telephony network which included approximately 30,000 customers throughout Australia. The project was delivered in 3 years and provided Telstra with over 5 billion dollars of revenue.

Other Projects completed at Telstra

• Server Virtualisation – Project management to upgrade to rationalise all servers and introduction of Virtualisation as well as Cloud Services
• POC of HFC DOCIS 1.0 – Trial was in 2010, Project Management & Documentation of the trial concept of the Hybrid Fibre Copper systems to be used in NBN.
